Как приготовить яичницу с картофелем. Картофель с яйцом - рецепт вкусного завтрака.

Для приготовления картофеля с яйцами и помидорами нужно:

Картофель отварной 8-15 шт.
Помидоры, 3-4 шт.
Масло оливковое.
Яйца.
Соль по вкусу.
Перец черный молотый.

Картофель

Картофель для яичницы нарезаем кружочками, в сковороде разогреваем масло, лучше оливковое, можно сливочное или подсолнечное, обжариваем картошку на сильном огне 3-5 минут. Помидоры нарезаем кольцами или полукольцами, добавляем к картофелю. Обжариваем. В процессе обжарки и помешивания помидоры разрушились. Если хотите чтобы остались целыми, режьте чуть толще и мешайте аккуратней.

Картошку с помидорами помешиваем, солим, перчим. Добавляем яйца. Лучше для яиц расчистить открытые участки дна сковороды, чтобы они равномерно прожарились.

Уменьшаем огонь до среднего. Яйца солим, немного перчим. дожидаемся пока белок станет непрозрачным.
